Superb location by tram, clean with warm staff.

Just a solid selection for a weekend excursion in Lisbon with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff welcomed me with a thoughtful gesture of complimentary detox drinks during my stay, which was a nice touch. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you, especially from the trams nearby.

The thoughtfulness of the staff really stood out to me, especially with the surprise birthday cake! The place is stylish and clean, but I did wish for more outlets in the room. 🎂

my stay at this hotel was wonderful because it was just a few steps from the Santa Justa Lift and only a short walk to the bustling Praça do Comércio, allowing me to easily stroll through the city's plentiful landmarks and enjoy the park views nearby.

the location is decent, but the tram noise was unbearable at times, even on higher floors. i almost gave this hotel a good review, but the staff clearly thought i didn’t belong there. and i can’t fathom why no one offered me an umbrella during the rain—it seems every other guest got one. what a disappointment!

I felt at home . The staff greeted me with a handwritten card and left some chocolates on my pillow after cleaning.

It wasn’t budget-friendly but definitely worth it for the experience.

The Standard Twin Room was super comfy. It had air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The minibar was stocked, and the private bathroom included free toiletries and a hairdryer. Also loved the little balcony for street views. Breakfast was fresh and included many choices. The location made getting to sights easy. Staff were helpful too!

The staff was incredibly helpful. breakfast options were fantastic, especially the fresh fruits and variety available. perfect location near iconic attractions like the Arco do Triunfo and Santa Justa Lift.

The stay was enjoyable with a prime location that made exploring easy and convenient. The king-size bed provided exceptional comfort, and I appreciated the complimentary snacks from the minibar. However, the absence of tea-making facilities was noticeable, and street noise from the nearby tram was disruptive at times. Yet, the hotel maintained a clean atmosphere enhanced by polite, attentive staff, making the experience pleasant overall.
